We’ve all experienced stress in the workplace. That’s why we designed a course specifically to help employees spot and manage the signs of stress, as well as giving practical tips and advice to improve resilience

This course is suitable for staff at all levels

What will I learn from this course?

After completing our Stress and Resilience course, you will:

  •  Know how to spot the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and others
  • Have a better knowledge of the importance of resilience, how you can improve it, and how it can help to manage stress in your day-to-day life
  • Have improved confidence to discuss stress and mental health in the workplace
  • Be able to think about your own stressors and tactics to boost resilience

How long is this course?

Our Resilience and Stress course is available in both one-hour and two-hour formats. The one-hour format is great for a lunch and learn session – offering a basic understanding of stress and resilience

Our two hour Resilience and Stress session offers more depth and opportunities to ask the trainer questions
